Chia pudding: two ways

This is one of my favorite breakfasts. For two reasons. It keeps me going the whole morning. It's really easy to make and it lasts in the fridge the entire week.





Ingredients for a single serving:

  • 30g chia seeds

  • chocolate version: 150ml chocolate flavoured veggie milk vanilla version: 150ml vanilla flavoured veggie milk

  • 1 tbsp of greek yogurt or skyr







Instructions:

1 - Add chia seeds and milk to a jard. Close and mix it well. Do it this several times for a period of 5 minutes. It's important to mix the seeds well with the milk.

2 - Leave the jar in the fridge for at least 30min and up to 5 days. Once you are ready to eat, add one tablespoon of yogurt and mix it well so it stays creamy.

3 - I like to eat mine with fresh fruit, granola and even yogurt :)
