Total Plan

> New classes every week released on different days of the week

> Access to + 300 on-demand classes (recorded), from 5 to 45 minutes

> Different types of method classes: barre tone, barre HIIT and cardio, barre flow, barre stretch, barre yoga, barre dance

> Weekly training plan: with the option of 1 or 3 rest days, based on your physical condition.

> Weekly meal plan, with omnivorous and vegetarian options.
